    The name Sher and Seo means “calm lion” in Kurdish and Korean — honouring a story of war, water-wells, and womanhood. Born from the memory of fetching water during Donna Sherwani’s refugee childhood, each bag is a symbol of dignity, strength, and hope in motion.

These ancient buckets, often seen in the hands of deities, carried not just water but knowledge, ritual, and regeneration. In honouring their form, we honour our origins — the carriers, the gatherers, the protectors of life.
